Plenty o’ games here, just not Craps

- Assignments: 5 games and 2 youth tournaments in San Diego are still on the slate for this “off” weekend because most of the rugby community will be taking in the IRB ‘s USA 7′s in Las Vegas.
- Protocol: Each referee is asked to remind their home team point of contact that the home club must contact the referee to confirm location, time and referee attendance. If we do this 3 weeks in a row starting this week, we should get the oral word out as that is the most effective method in this community.

SCYR Sportsmanship Policy
