SCRRS Website – status report for 2011 season

It has been a busy year on the website. Lots of activity and new visitors finding useful content presented by SCRRS. We are strengthening the society’s communication tools allowing for quick updates and easy to use registration forms for assignments.

A new feature for this past season has been the Match Reports after each regular season weekend. Thanks to everyone for their input and extra effort to write a brief report.

IRB Refereeing Sevens Debuts in San Jose

The IRB introduced a course for Sevens referees late last year. It had been taught once previously, by Mark Aitkenhead and Dana Teagarden in Germany, and this past Sunday it was rolled out at the Doyle Family Clubhouse at Stanford.
