A ball carrier is held and brought to ground in-goal. A opponent on his feet tries to pull the ball away, but the ball carrier doesn’t release it. You should penalize the ball carrier for not releasing.



Red #15 falls on a loose ball. Blue #11 arrives and falls on Red #15. What do you do?



The “field of play” is inside the touch lines and the goal lines.



Referees can skip inspecting the players’ clothing and studs.



If an assistant referee report results in a sin bin or send off, the assistant referee writes the report.
