All About Reimbursements

Here’s some guidance on submitting for and receiving reimbursements.

Assigned Matches – If you are assigned to a match by the SCRRS, you are eligible for reimbursement.

Do I have to take it?

Many Referees donate their time. This helps us keep fees low and allows us to budget for Special Events, Courses, Kit, etc.  Many Referees do not submit for reimbursements. Some submit for a set amount and donate the rest. Some have arranged with the Treasurer to have their reimbursements donated to the Charity of their choice. The decision is completely up to you and will not effect your standing in the SCRRS.

Referee Advice

Never ref in hope, as you are more than likely to end up dissapointed. Referee in expectation and let the players know what you and the game should expect — Mike Winnell
