The standard reimbursement policy for coaching match officials has been in place since 2015.

All coaches wishing reimbursements:

1) a) MUST BE assigned to the match by the Referee Coach Manager, The Referee Development Officer or the President of the Society, AND;

    b) MUST submit an online coaching report within the week the coaching session occurred. **

2) For coaching reimbursements you MUST BE assigned by either Referee Coach Manager, The Referee Development Officer or the President of the Society. No one else has the authority to assign coaches for any match.

** No coaching reports are required for 7s coaching during tournaments but you must coach at least 4 referee matches

No reimbursement will be made to those who fail to follow this directive.

The amount of reimbursement is listed in our reimbursement fees section and updated annually.

A coach may 'volunteer' to provide their services for any match(es) or tournament but they must be assigned by either Referee Coach Manager, The Referee Development Officer or the President of the Society so we can manage effectively. This is to manage coaches effectively as well as tracking our efforts for future planning needs.

Thank you. Phil
